Nani just heard that the First Place winners from last years

Purina Incredible Dog Challenge Surf Dog Competition

are invited back to compete in this years Surf Dog Competition.

First place Small Dogs:  Dozer

First place Large Dogs:   Nani

The other invitations go to Surf Dogs who have not competed

in this event before!

The event will be held June 10, 2011 at Dog Beach in Ocean Beach

and will be filmed for National broadcast later in the year.

This is a weekend of fun in April to raise money for a very worthy cause!

This event has been organized by Gillian Larson from "Survivor Gabon"

On Saturday there's a 4-hour game patterned after The Amazing Race!

You will be driven by Reality Rally Taxis, all around Temecula, to four different Challenge Checkpoints!

At each of the 4 Checkpoint you will choose one of 4 challenges to match your interest and ability. First team to the finish, WINS!

The Beneficiary of the Reality Rally is 'Michelle's Place'.

Michelle's Place was created in honor of Michelle Watson.

Michelle died of breast cancer at age 26 because of a missed diagnosis.

Her dying wish was to have a place where others like her

and their families could go for help and support.

Her parents started Michelle’s Place 10 years ago to fulfill that wish

and be a haven for those affected by breast cancer

during the fight for their lives.

Nani and Surf Buddies in the News!

A local TV station did a piece to help promote the Helen Wood Wand Animal Center's Surf Dog Surf-a-Thon.
Every year, Helen Woodward has a Surf-A-Thon to raise money for their Animal Center.
